January 14, 2013 – Delfmems, developer of RF MEMS switching solutions for mobile handset, has today announced the completion of a €8.2 m equity round with FSN PME, Iris Capital, Vives, Capitalaria and early investors of the company. The funding will enable DelfMEMS to accelerate the industrialisation of its products. The company also announces the appointment of Guillaume d’Eyssautier as CEO.
