Shana joined IRIS in 2021. As a Venture Associate on our early-stage team, she is tasked with sourcing the best investment opportunities, conducting due diligences, and helping startups accelerate.

Shana is particularly interested in start-ups founded by expert teams, focusing more specifically on companies in ecommerce, logistics, Web3, and proptech.

‍

Before joining the team, Shana worked as an Associate at Axeleo Capital, participating in the sourcing and investment of several companies in their portfolio with a specialization in pre-seed and seed investments.

‍

Prior to that, she was part of the Venture team at Plug and Play France and helped create synergies between corporations and start-ups.

‍

At IRIS, she contributed to the investments of Spinergie and Cohort.

‍

Shana graduated from Warwick Business School (UK) with a BMgmt.
