Complaint procedure policy
Iris Capital Management has implemented a procedure to respond to client complaints.
What is a client complaint?
A complaint is a declaration expressing a client’s dissatisfaction with respect to the management company.
A request for information, advice, clarification, service or task is not a complaint.

Your complaint will be treated by the operational managers or, if necessary, by the General Management. The compliance and internal control officer (RCCI - "responsable de la conformité et du contrôle interne") may assist in the response validation process to ensure that the response complies with the regulations in force.
Complaint processing time frame
• a maximum of ten working days as from the receipt of the complaint, to acknowledge receipt, unless the reply itself is given to the client within that period;
• a maximum of two months between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date on which the reply is sent to the client, except in duly justified circumstances.
Complaint processing by the management company is free of charge, you will not incur any specific costs (administrative, research or other costs...) related to the complaint processing.
